We want you to absolutely love your Aulieude! If your new dress is not fitting like a dream or you would like another colour or style pop onto our Returns Portal.

OUR POLICY
All change of mind returns will be accepted for online store credit or exchange. You have 60 Days until 20th Dec 2023 ( usually 30 days ) from the date you receive your order to lodge a return for credit request, or if you'd prefer a different size, you are able to do a direct exchange via our online portal. All returned items must be returned in as-received condition, unworn, unwashed with swing tags in place.
In the rare chance a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, please use our returns portal to submit images and details of the fault or the item you did receive. We will resolve the issue with a replacement, refund or repair in line with Australian Consumer Legislation.
STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE
We offer store credit notes or exchange if you wish to return your item for a better fit or because you have simply changed your mind. Our store credit notes have no expiry date and can be used for a similar product or for a completely different style.
Exchanges are only available for full priced orders. Currently we can only exchange for a different size of the same style. For all other exchanges, please request a store credit, which you can then use to purchase your desired item/s.
RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of sending back the item/s is yours. Please ensure that your item/s are placed neatly, secured and properly sealed within a postbag. We recommend reusing the original satchel. Shipping costs are non-refundable by Aulieude.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
Our Returns Portal will issue your Credit or Exchange 1-2 days after your Return Parcel is scanned in by Aus Post and is tracking it's way back to us, so the sooner you lodge, the better!
